Elijah Akintunde holds a joint PhD in Environmental Management from the University of Ibadan and Pan-African University of Life and Earth Sciences (PAULESI) of the African Union.
An African Union Scholar, lecturing at the University of Jos, he has over 10 years of teaching and research experience. He specializes in environmental quality, waste management, land degradation, resource depletion, environmental education, and climate action.
He has numerous local and international publications and has received continental and global recognition, including the 2023 James Kweku Global Mentorship Award.
